• Many of my supplies are made from recycled, reclaimed, or natural materials. Variations in color, texture, thickness, weave, and appearance are normal and are part of the character of these materials.

• Product colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, device, and display settings.

• Handmade items may have small variations that make each piece unique.

• Product photographs are intended to represent the item as accurately as possible, but minor differences may occur.

I reserve the right to update product descriptions, discontinue products, or modify offerings at any time. These changes will not remove any rights you have under applicable law.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in the currency displayed in my store. Prices and product availability may change without notice, but changes will not affect an order I have already accepted, except where permitted by law.

Payment must be completed through the payment methods offered at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

If a pricing, listing, or checkout error occurs, I reserve the right to correct it and, where legally permitted, cancel an affected order and issue a refund.

4. Orders & Cancellations

I reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory errors, or shipping restrictions.

If I cancel an order after payment has been collected, I will issue an appropriate refund.

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact me as soon as possible. Because I may begin preparing or packaging an order shortly after it is placed, I cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible.

Custom orders and personalized items may have additional terms agreed upon before work begins.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate and complete.

Processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery may be affected by postal delays, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond my control.

For international orders, customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise stated or required by law.

Customers are responsible for using tools, crafting materials, and finished products appropriately and following any relevant safety instructions. Adult supervision may be necessary when children are participating in craft projects.

Unless specifically stated in a product listing, purchasing a finished item, supply, or DIY kit does not transfer ownership of my original designs, written instructions, photographs, videos, or other creative content.

All original content on this website, including photographs, product descriptions, branding, logos, written instructions, videos, and original designs, belongs to The Floral Feather or its respective rights holder and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
